We’re Leysa Cox and Reagan Delp Arnold — a mother and daughter team, business partners, and best friends who have spent a lifetime sharing dreams, dresses, and unforgettable moments. Majesty & Veil Couture was born from those dreams and built with love-one rhinestone at a time.

Together, we bring over 30 years of experience in the pageant and fashion world, and even more in knowing how powerful it is when a woman feels truly beautiful. Whether it’s a wedding day, prom night, pageant stage, or any special moment, we believe every woman deserves the perfect gown.

Our roots run deep in the world of pageantry, performance, and fashion. In 2022, we both held international titles with Ultimate International Miss — a moment that symbolized our shared passion.  We’ve both served as Local Executive Directors with the Miss Virginia Organization, working hands-on to help young women grow in confidence, purpose, and poise.

Reagan has a gift for capturing each client’s style and spirit, while Leysa’s experience and vision guide everything we do. What started as a shared dream is now a place where we get to walk alongside women during some of the most exciting seasons of their lives — and it’s an honor we don’t take lightly.
